These terms cover orders placed on spartanwheels.co.uk. Spartan Wheels is a brand of Autopart Alloys — telephone 01268 560 126, email sales@autopartuk.com.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling for a set of four wheels and include VAT at the current rate. Payment is taken when you order. We accept the card types shown at checkout.
We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but mistakes happen. If a wheel is priced wrongly or turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you can either accept the corrected price or have a full refund.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email to confirm the wheels have shipped.
Fitment
The fitment information on this site is a guide. Pickups vary with suspension, arch kits, brakes and tyre choice, and it is your responsibility to make sure a wheel suits your vehicle before fitting. Ask us if you are unsure — we would far rather answer a question than take a return.
Wheels should be fitted by a competent fitter, torqued to the vehicle manufacturer’s figures and re-checked after around 50 miles. The spigot rings supplied in the fitting kit must be used where your vehicle needs them.
Delivery and returns
See our delivery and returns pages. In short: free next-day delivery to mainland UK, returns accepted within 14 days, and wheels cannot be returned once tyres have been mounted.
Warranty
Wheels are warranted against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover kerb damage, corrosion caused by harsh cleaners or road salt left on the finish, damage from incorrect fitting or over-torquing, or wheels modified after purchase.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the wheels.
