Free delivery to mainland UK
Every set of four is delivered free to mainland UK addresses. Wheels go out with DPD or Parcelforce on a next-day service, and you will get tracking by email once the set leaves us.
How long until it ships
We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days. Most sets go out at the quicker end of that. A few part numbers need machining in-house before they can leave — drilling a blank to your stud pattern, or boring a centre to suit your hub — and those have to be fitted around the machine shop’s schedule, which is what the three days allows for.
The next-day service is the carrier’s part of the journey, and it starts once the set leaves us. If you need a set by a particular date, call 01268 560 126 before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Made-to-order wheels
Multi-fit blanks are drilled to your stud pattern and bored to your hub before they ship. That machining is what the 1–3 working day window is there for; if a particular set is going to take longer than that, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
Outside mainland UK
The Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and addresses outside the UK are not covered by our free delivery. Get in touch before ordering and we will quote you a carriage price.
When your wheels arrive
Someone needs to be there to sign. Check the boxes over before the driver leaves, and open them the same day. If anything is damaged in transit, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will put it right — see our returns policy.

In the box
Every set of four arrives with a fitting kit: wheel nuts, and spigot rings where your vehicle needs them to centre the wheel on the hub. Locking nuts and locking bolts are not included — if you want a locking set, ask us and we will quote for one with the wheels.
